How to make banana muffins
To make banana muffins, you will need:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with muffin cups.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve the muffins warm or at room temperature. Enjoy😋
