1 cup grated coconut
1 cup boiled, mashed potatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped

1/2 cup leeks
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten

In a large bowl, mix together the leeks, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, cilantro, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cutlets.
